Frequently Asked Questions

When are your live classes?

Our classes run Monday-Saturday 9-10 am, and Monday-Thursday 7-8 pm. Each class is broken down into the warmup, the main session, and the cooldown, and the main session lasts around 35 minutes, so they are sustainable for all.

How much does it cost?

That is a bit like asking a garage mechanic how much it would cost to fix their car, without first looking under the bonnet. That said, our services are affordable to the majority and because we get results, they are outstanding value too. And don't forget the money you would save not having to drive your car, park, or buy activewear to keep up with the Jones's!

How do I book my sessions?

All our clients have access to our user-friendly app and book or cancel and reschedule their online Zoom sessions in just two clicks.
