There are no quick fixes or fads here. Everything we do is about longevity and sustainability as this will ensure that when we get you to your goal, you'll have a deeper understanding of the habits and lifestyle guidelines necessary to sustain your results for life.
Motivating - Ironically, one of the key motivators that drive people toward us is their lack of "motivation". We inspire our clients to do the best they can, and when they do, they often become an inspiration to others they know family - friends and work colleagues. All our clients have access to a membership app that allows them to post their achievements, and take on challenges, as well as being mentored in a private group support form.
Programme - No matter how hard you train, you cannot out-train a bad diet! By following our proven combined exercise and nutritional strategy, you have the best possible chance to look and feel better, increase your energy, and become more confident in yourself. What's more, you will never have to go hungry. We don't do fad diets - we do lifestyle changes!
Convenience - Because our sessions are online, you avoid having to endure the stress of struggling through traffic or finding a parking space on your journey to exercise. Instead, you can save money on fuel costs and vehicle maintenance. Neither do you need to dress to impress or put on your makeup ready for our classes, and afterwards, you can shower in the comfort of your own home.
Equipment - Our clients use ordinary household objects, combined with their own bodyweight, to help them achieve the results they desire, which make for fun workouts and no additional cost in buying equipment.
Flexibility - Not only can we help you to improve your flexibility, but you have the flexibility to choose from any of the classes on our schedule, and depending upon the weather, you can train inside or outside of your own home - even at your workplace if that suits you best.
Sociable - Our live fitness classes have been described as "a comedy fitness show", and that fun element is one of the big reasons why our clients keep turning up for their sessions like clockwork. We also arrange social events so that everyone gets the opportunity to meet up with the like-minded people they train with and make new friends.
